About The Position

The occupational therapist (OT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of occupational therapy services. Upon referral, the OT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care, reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, including appropriate disciplines, significant others and the patient. Requirements

  • Coursework/Training and Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
