Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A heart for service, empathy, and patience in supporting others.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical experience preferred, but we welcome new graduates who share our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Design and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Implement interventions that restore skills, foster independence, and improve quality of life.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support daily living and work.
  • Educate clients, families, and caregivers for ongoing progress and safety.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Keep documentation thorough and timely while celebrating client milestones.
  • Grow your skills through ongoing education and professional development.
