Provides occupational therapy services to patients ranging from the very young to the elderly who may have physical, medical and/or psychological disorders and who may be receiving services on an inpatient basis. Therapists are responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. In collaboration with the COTA, works with patients on an individual basis using current technology treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies. Responsible for developing and facilitating specialized treatment programs as appropriate to meet patient needs. Patients of all ages served. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers. Schedule: Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | Onsite Monday- Friday | Every 4th weekend and rotating holidays | 8am-4:30pm Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $76,939.20 per year and increases with experience Salary range: $68,952.00-$103438.40 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate $5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus Full time benefits : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
