We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team. Requirements
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing
- One year of recent OT experience (home health experience preferred)
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Make initial evaluation visits when occupational therapy is the only service ordered
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the physician and care team
- Provide skilled OT interventions to improve daily living, safety, and independence
- Complete OASIS assessments and document functional, emotional, and mental health needs
