Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) Everett Transitional Care Services + Bethany at Pacific | Everett, WA $38-$43/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at South Ogden Post-Acute Rehab in South Ogden, UT. Requirements

  • Current Utah OT license in good standing
  • Degree from an accredited OT program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
  • Ability to supervise a COTA

Nice To Haves

  • SNF experience preferred - but not required. New grads are welcome, and we provide structured training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies
  • Transfer training (all levels)
  • Fall prevention and safety training
  • Treatment of clinically complex patients
  • Discharge planning and care coordination
  • Supervision of a COTA (as needed)
  • Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff
