About The Position

Hills & Dales is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat children and adults with developmental, behavioral, and sensory needs. This role supports clients in developing daily living, fine motor, sensory, and vocational skills to promote independence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• 3+ years of experience in pediatric developmental, autism, and behavioral health
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to assist with client mobility and transfers (up to 35 lbs)
• Offer contingent upon the succressful completetion of a criminal background check, dependernt adult and child abuse background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Educate and support families in applying therapy techniques at home
• Collaborate with physicians, BCBAs, school teams, and others
• Maintain detailed documentation and billing
• Stay current with best practices in OT and developmental disabilities
