About The Position

Let’s be honest: you didn’t become an Occupational Therapist to sit in traffic or spend your life under fluorescent lights. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we do things differently — because we’re clinician-owned. That means more flexibility, less red tape, and a whole lot more support for what really matters. We’re looking for a Per Diem Occupational Therapist who wants to help people regain independence in the comfort of their homes throughout the Tewksbury residential area of MA.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Massachusetts
• 1+ year of clinical experience (growth mindset > perfection)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently, but enjoys being part of a team
• EMR experience preferred (ours won’t hurt your feelings)

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is a plus — training provided

Responsibilities

• Creating functional, personalized treatment plans focused on what actually matters — independence.
• Completing home safety evaluations (without turning anyone’s house into a renovation show).
• Educating patients and caregivers like the OT rockstar you are.
• Documenting in a user-friendly EMR that won’t haunt your evenings.
• Making a real impact — and actually getting to see it.
