About The Position

Let’s be honest: you didn’t become an OTR to sit in traffic or spend your life under fluorescent lights. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we do things differently — because we’re clinician-owned. That means more flexibility, less red tape, and a whole lot more support for what really matters. We’re looking for a Part-Time OTR who wants to help people regain independence in the comfort of their homes throughout the Boston residential area of MA. Sign-on Bonus: $3,000.00

Requirements

Licensed OTR (Occupational Therapist) in Massachusetts
At least 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, but also collaborate when needed
Experience with EMRs preferred (we promise ours isn’t a nightmare)

Home health experience is a bonus, but we’ll help you ramp up either way

Responsibilities

Creating functional, personalized treatment plans focused on what actually matters — independence.
Completing home safety evaluations (without turning anyone’s house into a renovation show).
Educating patients and caregivers like the OT rockstar you are.
Documenting in a user-friendly EMR that won’t haunt your evenings.
