About The Position

Requirements

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• At least 1 year of OT experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage your caseload

Responsibilities

• Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy
• Provide follow-up visits when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress
