PRN Occupational Therapist - SNF
About The Position
Innovate Rehab & Wellness is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to support residents at Hillcrest Firethorn, a skilled nursing community in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents achieve greater independence and quality of life through skilled evaluation, treatment, and care planning. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Nebraska OT license
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Complete skilled evaluations using appropriate tests and measures
- Develop timely plans of care in compliance with federal, state, and departmental standards
- Provide effective, goal-driven treatments aligned with each patient’s plan of care
- Ensure accurate documentation and charging of services per facility guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to manage patient care
- Supervise and delegate care to assistants, techs, and support staff in accordance with regulations
