About The Position

Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and Rehab facility conveniently located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. We are a family that is passionate about making an impact on patients' lives each day. We work together as a team in our family orientated environment and due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our staff to allow for the highest level of care and functioning for our residents in our on-site therapy department. We are currently looking for an exceptional and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our work family. Our therapy team works toward specific goals of achieving the resident's highest functional level of independence. We offer: $45-$47/hr Flexible schedule Appreciation events throughout the year General Purpose The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis. Qualification Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, prefer graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Occupational Therapy. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state. Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices. Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board. Requirements
