About The Position

OT – Occupational Therapist (Part-Time, Paid Per Visit) ✨ Aspire Home Healthcare is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team! Requirements

• Licensed OT in Ohio
• 1+ year of OT experience preferred
• OASIS & WellSky (Kinser) experience strongly preferred
• Current Physical (within 6 months)
• TB test (within last 12 months)
• CPR certification (required)
• Ability to attend 2–3 day orientation in Dublin office

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
• Develop treatment plans and therapy goals
• Supervise COTAs and HHAs
• Document patient progress and update care plans
• Assist families with home programs & adaptive equipment
