Occupational Therapist
About The Position

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to make a difference every day in our partner schools (grades K–8). You’ll be hands-on in supporting students with the skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom — and you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that loves what they do. Requirements
- Ohio License/Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Ability to drive for work with appropriate auto insurance (25/50k liability coverage)
- Clear background check (BCI/FBI)
- Current TB test
Responsibilities
- Help students develop fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills for school success
- Work side-by-side with teachers, families, and staff to create supportive learning environments
- Provide direct OT services (individual and group) as outlined in IEPs
- Share your expertise by suggesting tools, strategies, and accommodations
- Track progress, participate in IEP meetings, and celebrate wins with your team
- Stay creative and bring fresh, evidence-based approaches to your work
- Supervise COTAs
- Complete evaluations
- Create plans that help students grow and shine
