As an Occupational Therapist , you’ll help elementary students build the motor, movement, and functional skills they need to fully participate in learning and everyday school life. Working primarily at a K–5 elementary school in Tacoma , with 1–2 days supporting another elementary school in South King County , you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to provide student-centered, culturally responsive care. In this role, you’ll assess student needs, design engaging interventions that support fine and gross motor development, and partner with teachers, families, and community resources to extend support beyond the classroom. You’ll also join a team of fun, compassionate OTs who prioritize joy, best practices, and meaningful student relationships. With a manageable caseload of about 25 students and one remote day each week for documentation and preparation, this role allows you to focus on what matters most—helping students grow, participate, and thrive.
