About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients across Eagle Pass . You'll support children in reaching their developmental milestones by improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in daily life. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week Full-Time: 25+ visits/week Daytime and after-school hours available

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Evaluate developmental delays using standardized tools.
• Teach families daily living skills and home programs.
• Document sessions and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with caregivers and care teams.
