About The Position
Midtown Oaks Post Acute is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing rehab team in Sacramento. Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing / post-acute experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on strategies to support recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards
