About The Position

Midtown Oaks Post Acute is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing rehab team in Sacramento. Requirements

  • Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing / post-acute experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve functional independence
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and families on strategies to support recovery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards
