About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to support patients in regaining independence, functional mobility, and quality of life following illness or injury. In this role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy interventions while collaborating closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team. Requirements

• Active State License as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Vocational School Graduate required).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• 1+ years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that promote healing, independence, and improved daily functioning.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery, safety, and long-term independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance to therapy assistants or students as needed while upholding professional standards and organizational values.
