Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy. License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

  • A commitment to integrity, compassion, and excellence
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities
