Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy. License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Wisconsin
Passion for working with the senior population
Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Energy, initiative, and a desire to grow professionally
A commitment to integrity, compassion, and excellence
Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services
Improve residents’ independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)
