About The Position

Haven Home Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in the Sedona, AZ area. If you are passionate about helping patients regain independence in the comfort of their own homes, we would love to connect with you! Position Overview As a Home Health OT, you will provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their residences, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing disability following illness or injury. This is a PRN (as-needed) position offering flexibility and competitive per-visit rates. Requirements

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
