About The Position
North Pointe Care Center is seeking compassionate, motivated, and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our therapy team on a per diem basis. Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical and evaluation skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive, flexible attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with the geriatric population
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Focus on improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
