About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time CT Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Birth to Three program working within the northeast/Windham & Tolland county areas. The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge through coursework and preferably through work experience with very young children. Ideal candidate will demonstrate willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training on use of evidenced-based practices for Activity-Based Teaming. This position requires a strong commitment to promoting research supported practices: Natural Learning Environment practices, Coaching as a style of interaction and Primary Service Provider approach to teaming. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Completion of Early Intervention Service Coordination Training is favorable.
