About The Position

The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
• State of Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license is required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care and treatment programs.
• Participate in Rehabilitation Services department activities to enhance patient care and programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
