Occupational Therapist Registered(OTR) – Lakeport Post Acute Location: Lakeport, CA Lakeport Post Acute is seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTRs) to join our outstanding rehab team. Requirements

  • Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and compassionate approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads welcome

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Help residents regain independence in daily living and self-care activities
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document resident progress and ensure compliance with facility and state standards
  • Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and goals
