Occupational Therapist Registered(OTR) – Lakeport Post Acute Location: Lakeport, CA Lakeport Post Acute is seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTRs) to join our outstanding rehab team. Requirements
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Team-oriented and compassionate approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads welcome
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Help residents regain independence in daily living and self-care activities
- Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document resident progress and ensure compliance with facility and state standards
- Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and goals
