As a PRN Occupational Therapist you will be evaluating Residents within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral. Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician. Treat Residents per the physician treatment plan. Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides. . Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans. To maintain documentation of services in the medical records and as may be required by the Director of Therapy to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
