At Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital, we are seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative rehab team. This is a great opportunity for clinicians seeking flexible weekday and weekend shifts, exposure to diverse patient populations, and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Location: Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital – Lebanon, TN Job Type: PRN, Acute Inpatient Therapy Schedule: Weekday Shifts (2–3 days/week) Weekend Shifts (at least 2 weekend days a month) Department: Occupational Therapy / Rehabilitation Services Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions to support functional recovery and daily living skills. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab professionals to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home programs. Document patient progress and outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR). Qualifications: Current Tennessee Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain). Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. CPR/BLS certification.
