This position is remote, but will require a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable personal automobile for local travel to provide care to clients in the Denton County, Texas and surrounding area. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential. The Occupational Therapist will work in a home setting, utilizing their expertise in acute care, occupational health, and patient service to deliver effective treatment plans and support case management. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote optimal health and well-being. We offer not only geriatric care, but we also offer Hospice, Palliative, discharge to home, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, adult, pediatric, and concierge medical care.
