About The Position
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats injury, disease, and other conditions of health. Occupational Therapy includes the performance and interpretation of tests and measurements to assess pathological and developmental deficits of human systems. Occupational Therapists help people with physical injuries or illnesses or who have lost function due to accidents, illness or age regain their independence with activities of daily living. They work and counsel patients to create a plan of care to help them recover their highest level of independence.
