Requirements

• Demonstration of at least entry level professional competency of Occupational Therapy practice, theory, principles and applications.
• Bachelors Degree required.
• NYS OT license are required.
• Must function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques.
• Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency).
• Document accurately, completely, and timely.
