Occupational Therapist - Pediatric
About The Position
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will provide care in our Westford outpatient clinic for patients from infancy through young adulthood. We are seeking a passionate therapist who demonstrates clinical expertise in the area of pediatric disabilities and medical conditions including congenital differences, injury, illness, and developmental challenges. Must have experience working with Autistic children, ADD/ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, and Pediatric Feeding Disorder. The Occupational Therapist will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive assessments, direct therapeutic services, and patient/family education and training.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
- 2 to 5 years of pediatric experience preferred
- A current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Massachusetts is required.
- BLS healthcare provider required.
- experience working with Autistic children, ADD/ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, and Pediatric Feeding Disorder.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
