About The Position

Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join its team of dedicated healthcare providers. This individual is needed for 20 weekly hours and needs are on weekdays. Sunnyview is a Nationally ranked facility! Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree.
• Current NYS OT license and registration.
• 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
• Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques.
• Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency).
• Document accurately and in a timely manner.
