About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team. This role involves delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients with a wide range of conditions while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapy professionals. The department offers diverse specialty programs, providing an excellent opportunity to expand clinical expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Active BLS certification (AHA required)
• Lymphedema Certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities, mobility, and quality of life
• Treat patients across a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical cases
• Deliver specialized care in areas such as lymphedema management and other outpatient therapy programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventive care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols
