Requirements

Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients, establish individualized treatment plans, and set measurable goals.
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to maximize patient independence in activities of daily living.
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home programs, and safety strategies.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and participate in quality-improvement initiatives.
