Your Impact & Responsibilities: Individualized Recovery: Create and implement comprehensive OT treatment plans designed to help residents reclaim independence in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Clinical Leadership: Provide expert supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and collaborate with nursing to lead Restorative Aide training. Interdisciplinary Integration: Be a key voice in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Review (UR) to ensure a seamless continuum of care. Documentation Excellence: Maintain precise evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports in strict accordance with the OT Board State Practice Act. Discharge Success: Lead family and caregiver training sessions to ensure a safe, functional transition home. Requirements

  • Current, valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
  • An enthusiastic professional with a passion for functional rehabilitation and a desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
