About The Position
Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient rehab team at John Knox Village. In this role, you will: Treat active, engaged seniors in a true outpatient setting Focus on orthopedics, balance, mobility, strength, and fall prevention Build long-term therapeutic relationships with your patients Practice patient-centered, wellness-based care without high-pressure productivity standards This is an ideal opportunity for therapists who enjoy outpatient care while still working with a geriatric population that is highly motivated and invested in their health.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain prior to start
- Interest in outpatient physical therapy and geriatric-focused care
- Passion for helping older adults live active, independent lifestyles
