Competitive starting salary up to $50 per hour based on experience Join Our Family-Oriented Team Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to support our therapy team as needed. Located on a peaceful wooded campus in Ohio, we are a family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility that takes pride in delivering high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care. Position Summary The PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) is responsible for evaluating residents and developing, implementing, and updating individualized occupational therapy plans of care to help residents achieve maximum independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with physician orders
- Supervise and collaborate with COTAs as applicable
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge plans
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team communication
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations
