Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated home health Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functionality, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs defined by medical conditions.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist License in the State of Minnesota
- Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapy / OT evaluations and services to our clients in their homes
- Administer diagnostic evaluations and treatments to clients to increase functioning
- Help each client reach maximum performance for goals and outcomes
