About The Position

Interim HealthCare of Bellevue is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team on a per diem basis. This position offers flexibility and autonomy while delivering high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Bellevue and greater Seattle area. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient functional status and home environment Develop and implement individualized care plans to restore and promote optimal patient function and independence Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the use of adaptive techniques and equipment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, physicians, and other therapists Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Qualifications: Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health or clinical rehabilitation setting Current CPR/BLS certification Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay: $48–$60/hour , depending on assignment Weekly pay with direct deposit Flexible scheduling based on your availability Paid orientation and training Supportive and experienced clinical leadership

Requirements

  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health or clinical rehabilitation setting
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
