About The Position

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at United Zion Retirement Community in Lititz, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. 🎓 New grads are encouraged to apply! This will be a PART TIME role with steady weekly working hours - must be available mostly weekdays and at least a Monday and/or Friday

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work weekdays - 3 to 5 days per week (there is flexiblity on days worked as long as a Monday or a Friday is one of the days assigned)

Nice To Haves

• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
• Nethealth Experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• As a PART TIME Occupational Therapist (OT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
