Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a school district in the San Antonio area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role offers a consistent school schedule, strong team collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' daily functioning and success. Position Overview As a school-based OT, you will work with students to develop the skills needed for success in the classroom and beyond. This includes supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care skills, and overall independence in school activities. Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- NBCOT certification preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
