Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for Bethany at Silverlake, a highly regarded skilled nursing facility in Everett, WA. New therapists receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the OT, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Supervision of a COTA (as needed) Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff

Requirements

  • Current Washington OT license in good standing
  • Degree from an accredited OT program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
  • Ability to supervise a COTA

  • SNF experience preferred - but not required
