Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance daily living, motor, sensory, and cognitive skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records
• Adjust therapy plans based on patient progress and evolving needs
• Provide coverage and clinical support across multiple sites as part of a float assignment
