About The Position
Safro Staffing is working with a home health client seeking a licensed OT to provide care to patients in their homes across Bucks, Philadelphia, and Montgomery Counties. Coverage can be tailored based on your preferred territory.
Requirements
- Active OT license (PA)
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients in the home and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, and home safety
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Travel to patient homes within your assigned area
