About The Position
Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Fort Worth, TX Occupational Therapist Outpatient Rehabilitation Hours: Variable as Clinic Hours are as follows Monday - Friday / 7AM - 6PM PRN As Needed PRN Rate: $60.00 per hour The Central West Region is looking for a PRN occupational therapist to help support our OT program by providing exceptional care to our patients with lymphedema, neurological and/or orthopedic diagnoses. We currently provide Occupational Therapy services in the following locations: Fort Worth Carter, Fort Worth Bryant Irvin, Arlington Cooper, and Burleson. Ideal candidate will cover at the sites listed above and be a team player with excellent communication skills. Lymphedema certification is required. Requirements
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
