About The Position
WI Occupational Therapist License AHA BLS required Charting: Epic experience preferred. Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): 1+ year OT in hospital setting. Experience providing Occupational therapy services in acute, subacute, and outpatient settings is preferred. Our COTA currently provides lymphedema services under the supervision of our PRN OT/R who is also lymphedema certified. Experience in this area is helpful, but not required.
Requirements
- WI Occupational Therapist License

Nice To Haves
