About The Position

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified physical therapist for an open PRN at an Outpatient clinic Assisted Living/Memory Care Community in Minden. In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant (NBCOT) certification, and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant. Requirements
