About The Position
Synergy Care is looking for Occupational Therapists for PRN positions at our SNF in Sulphur, LA. We are building our PRN roster for this facility.
Requirements
- In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
- You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant (NBCOT) certification, and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Certification is maintained by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
- Currently certified in the state(s) in which practicing
