About The Position

HealthPro Heritage has a great Occupational Therapy (OT) opportunity. Compensation Range: $45-$52/hr based on years of experience. What makes Warde Health Center an attractive workplace for therapists Mission-driven, person-centered care philosophy. Warde is operated by Catholic Charities New Hampshire (CCNH), and its public materials emphasize “person-centered care”—tailoring care plans, meals, and social and spiritual support to each resident’s needs, background, and preferences. The holistic care model extends beyond nursing and physical health. In addition to skilled nursing and rehabilitation, Warde provides social services, pastoral/spiritual care, dietitian oversight, psychiatric/mental-health services, and therapy. That context gives a therapist a chance to work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing integrated care. Smaller, community-oriented facility. With about 32 beds and high occupancy, Warde appears more intimate than larger institutions. That environment may enable more meaningful relationships with residents and greater continuity in therapy/support, which is often beneficial for therapists seeking to build rapport and long-term therapeutic relationships. Good reputation and quality standards. As of March 2025, Warde has a 5-star overall rating from the relevant oversight agency, excelling in health inspection and staffing quality. This suggests a well-managed, quality-focused workplace — which tends to support better working conditions, safer environments, and more stable resident populations. Opportunities for meaningful impact with an often vulnerable population. Because Warde serves seniors needing short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted living, and sometimes palliative or respite care, a therapist working there can make a real difference in residents’ mental, emotional, and social wellness — potentially enhancing quality of life, reducing loneliness or depression, supporting adjustment, grief, and aging-related concerns. Mission and community-oriented values. Warde/CCNH emphasizes dignity, respect, compassion, and holistic wellness — not only physical health but mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
