About The Position
Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health Location: Greeley, CO & surrounding areas Employment Type: Part-time or full-time (FT status is 20 visits/week) Compensation: $83 - $93 per regular visit; $110 - $130 for SOC & recerts Join Pivot, Where Clinicians Come First At Pivot Home Health, we believe that when clinicians are supported, patients thrive. Your Impact as an Occupational Therapist As a home health pediatric OT, you’ll help children develop independence in daily routines through play-based and functional activities. You’ll support fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and school readiness, while empowering families with strategies they can carry into everyday life. Requirements
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license (New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care
