You'll support two exceptional communities: Cascades at St. Anne - a respected, friendly skilled nursing facility in Seattle Edmonds Landing - a warm, resident-centered assisted living community in Edmonds If you love helping older adults regain independence through meaningful daily activities, this is the perfect role for you. You'll join a supportive, collaborative therapy team where your expertise is valued every day. What You'll Do As an OT, you'll play an essential role in restoring independence and improving quality of life through: Treating a variety of residents, including clinically complex cases Performing and teaching safe transfers Providing adaptive ADL retraining (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Developing individualized care plans Collaborating with nurses, PTs, SLPs, and other team members Supervising a COTA when needed Need support in any skill area?
