About The Position
Full-time Occupational Therapist, 35 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Provides therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients in a 102-bed skilled nursing setting. Focus on improving patient independence, mobility, and functional outcomes. Collaborates with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to optimize care. Competitive pay of $39–$40/hour, with a 10% salary placement fee.
Requirements
- Current OT license required
- Must have BLS certification
- Strong skills in patient assessment
- Individualized treatment planning
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to provide therapy for ADLs, cognitive, and functional needs
- Documenting patient progress accurately
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-hospital rehab preferred
